• To encourage Christians to participate in sports and recreational activity and to live a well balanced life: spirit, soul and body.
• To help develop camaraderie within the body of Christ, strengthen friendship and provide a time and opportunity to build each other up in faith.
• To prove and demonstrate to non-believers that a Christian lifestyle is fun; having a life that is full of joy which God intends for all Christians to live--enforcing God’s will be done in our lives here in earth, as how He wills for us to live in heaven, according to the principle of Matthew 6:10.
• To utilize events as a form of evangelism by demonstrating the love of God to participants in a fun activity and a non-religious atmosphere.

I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ that loved me.

I conquer my flesh, all ungodly thoughts and desires + I develop in me the image, and the mind of Christ.

I conquer all difficulties and challenges in life + I develop in me the fruits of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.

I conquer all the works of the spiritual darkness + I fulfill the will of God in my daily affairs.

I will take care of my well being, and live a balanced life: Spirit, Soul and Body.

• FUN: I will keep the joy of the Lord for it is my strength.
• FITNESS: I will take care of my body for it is the temple of God.
• FAITH: I will always trust in God and build my faith in his Words for He is my victory.
• FELLOWSHIP: I will not forsake the assembling of the saints and will always encourage my brothers and sisters in the promises of God.

I can do all things and overcome all things through Jesus Christ for I AM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR.

Jesus, I come to you just as I am, for I know that you will never condemn me, because you love me.

I am asking you for forgiveness of all my sins.

Thank you, Jesus, for dying for me and my sins.

I believe that you are the Son of God and I now make you the Lord of my life.

Thank you, Jesus, for saving me and for giving me a new life.
